At Aurate, we want you to be completely in love with your fine jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible pieces. Every item must be in its original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured during transit.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring the security tag is still attached, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
